Take a deep breath and relax. Belly buttons, like people, are unique. I have an inny and my sister has an outie. But we are still sisters. You brother is very blessed to have an outie. He won't be as likely to gather belly button lint. I think it's very likely you two are still related, even though you have different belly buttons.
